How I Work

Experience Design Leader based in Austin, TX.
I am currently working on an MBA. Why you might ask? I want my design practices to align with business strategies. User experience should be part of a company's vision to drive revenue and value. I can help with that through customer engagement and design thinking integration
across organizations.

User Research

I hold workshops and research sessions with internal and external stakeholders. This helps identify pain points and solve them.

Design & Build It

My team and I create user journeys, process flows, mockups and documentation. We rapidly innovate.

Test and Feedback

It's very important to test your designs with real users and stakeholders. The design goes through iterations.
